Deckers Creek
First non-portage descent- Jeff Snyder (usuals were there as well: Roger Zebel, Jesse Whitmore, Jim Snyder, probably not boating though)
Jeff Snyder also picked all the rapids off one at a time in a Squirt Boat! This was in the early squirtboat days before the Snyder's realized these thin glass machines were not the best for steep terrain. Eventually he and his gang turned to the Thrillseeker for steep arenas and pioneered the glass in deep arenas.

1977 - Phil Culmans, Mike Fentress, and Jim Snyder - On this descent the paddlers were using 4 meter Glass boats. Quite epic considering the gradient involved (approx680 fpm). Phil petoned in some rubble off of a 12 footer and suffered a temporary entrapment.
